This course is a preparatory course for any mum pregnant now or hoping to be soon.  Here we will delve into motherhood truths, reality as a FTM and some amazing strategies that will empower you, build confidence as you step into this unknown territory. 

You’ll get to create your #mumsquad, be given practical tools to equip you for the exciting journey ahead and go into this next life phase educated and confident. 

This will be hands-on, workshop-based and interactive. Plus you will be treated to a delicious lunch!
